Please note: We do not ship meat.

Our beef and pork is available in individual supermarket-style cuts or special 40-lb mixed boxes, and the pork is also available in whole-hog and half-hog. Contact us for more detailed pricing and processing information on the larger quantities of meat, and see our Meat Availability page for current availability of the individual supermarket-style cuts (and other farm products).

We do not sell sides of beef. We recommend Maytag Mountain Ranch for sides of beef.

Please note: We do not sell barbecue (30 - 40 lb) hogs.

Payment and Pick-up

We require a deposit of $250 for a whole hog and $125 for a half hog. Wholes and halves are both cut to customer specifications. Deposits are non-refundable due to the time we spend customizing each customer’s order.

Pick-up is at the farm store or the Colorado Springs meeting place.
