Please note: We do not ship meat.

Our beef and pork is available in special 40-lb mixed boxes or individual supermarket-style cuts, and the pork is also available in whole-hog and half-hog. Contact us for more detailed pricing and processing information on the larger quantities of meat. You may purchase the individual supermarket-style cuts (and in-season vegetables) at the farm store or the Colorado Springs meeting place.

Payment and Pick-up

We require a deposit for all wholes and halves, which are cut to customer specifications. Deposits are non-refundable due to the time we spend customizing each customer’s order.
