Our beef and pork is available in whole beef/hog, half beef/hog, quarter beef, special 40-pound mixed boxes, or individual supermarket-style cuts. Contact us for more detailed pricing and processing information on the larger quantities of meat. Purchase the individual supermarket-style cuts and in-season vegetables at the farm store or at the Farm and Art Market in Colorado Springs (you will always find us at both the Wednesday and Saturday markets).
